Yoga for beginners is a great way to start a journey towards health and wellness. We at Niramaya provide a 3 months beginners course to learn the basic poses and breathing techniques Aa. Starting with gentle yoga styles like Hatha which will help you build a foundation before moving on to more advanced practices.
MORNING BATCH: 7AM-8AM
EVENING BATCH: 6PM-7PM
DURATION: 3 MONTHS
Yoga a beneficial addition to a weight loss regimen as it combines physical activity, mindfulness, and stress reduction. In this course you will get 1 hour of core asanas training with weekly diet meal and energy flow. Additionally, yoga encourages mindfulness, which can lead to better eating habits and reduced stress, both of which are important for weight management.

Body alignment a beneficial practice for stronger muscles, it reduces back pain, gives joint longevity and prevents from future injuries. A very beneficial class for sports person.
WEEKEND BATCH: 11AM-12PM
DURATION 1 MONTH
Long term exposure to non flexibility and weak muscles may lead up to early ageing, fatigue, poor physical conditioning. Yoga for mobility movement focus on your hip stability and core strength with flow, greater range of motion and better control of your body. It improves your flexibility and body strength and give energy for your day to day life.
